Check-in was fast. A member of the Guest Relations team showed me to my room. They explained how everything worked. The room was spacious and included tea and coffee.

The room service menu seemed short. Food quality did not impress me. The wifi was unreliable. Some doors did not open smoothly. (The little things matter!)

the staff were quick. they responded immediately if i needed help. the bed felt very comfortable. the soundproofing worked well, and i slept good.

housekeeping wasn't good. i found dirty bulbs and a clogged sink. there was no extraction fan in the bathroom. amenities were missing and i had to ask for it.
