i enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink. the room had good storage space. the location was a short walk from the main areas of the city. breakfast was tasty (especially the pastries!).
the room lacked a full-length mirror.

the reception staff provided a uk plug converter for my use. a gentleman at reception offered to store my luggage upon early arrival. the staff checked me in efficiently and offered coffee.

the staff provided free drink vouchers upon arrival i found that a nice touch. the hotel provides a coffee machine and refreshment options available 24/7 in the lobby. i enjoyed that the lobby served as a comfortable area to relax.
the noise level was considerable as the building is old.

The location is superb, near the central station. Staff members were nice. The room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge with another couple.
The decor looks a little old. The toilet ceiling also needs some work.

I received an upgrade. The staff cares about guests. the experience felt fantastic and cute. the king room i was assigned was ultra spacious and featured rituals amenities. very high-quality towels and bath robes were provided and i got a welcome drink. it was amazing.
the breakfast service had a minor issue. i found an egg shell in the food one day. cut fruits seemed to be served from the day before. i would be careful with moths in the room, i stayed 3 nights and killed 3 ones.

the hotel sits a short walk from centraal station. its location is ideal for accessing the city. i moved using trams and it was very easy. also, points of interest are within walking distance.
