the staff was very helpful with directions to local attractions. fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily. i found tea and coffee available in the reception area at all times, a nice touch.

the reception staff were really helpful with directions. i liked the free coffee and sweets in the lounge after a long day. there was a lovely welcome basket when i arrived too!!!
The room was quite small. I think it could have been more spacious for the price. the toilet was positioned strangely. i had to sit sideways to use it, very uncomfortable.
