friendly staff breakfast buffet convenient drinks
i found the staff friendly and helpful (they really made a difference!). the breakfast buffet offered freshly cooked pancakes and egg dishes each morning. tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were available 24/7 from the machine in the reception area. i really appreciated this service.

the staff was friendly and eager to help when asked. the room was beautifully decorated, very clean and quiet because it faced an alley.

The hotel provided luggage storage. That was very helpful. I could get coffee from the machine at all hours, I thought that was great. My room had good supply of towels and this worked well.

The location was convenient to the subway. I found that quite informative and it added a personal touch to the stay.
I found the bed uncomfortable and the room was too small for two people with luggage. Toilets were very shallow. There was no machine for boiling water.
