lovely stay by the sea

great location clean room friendly staff plentiful breakfast

the hotel location was great it was close to the beach and many shops the room was clean and had good sea views staff were very friendly and professional i found the toiletries provided in the bathroom to be a nice touch. i appreciated the clear effort made to renovate the hotel while keeping its original charm the room was well-kept. the breakfast was plentiful and special requests were easily accommodated by the staff.

the water pressure in the shower was a bit low making it difficult to have a proper wash

the hotel provides a lift for easy access to upper floors it also offers complimentary toiletries in each room for added convenience the furnishings throughout the hotel are well kept and aesthetically pleasing.

the hotel is directly opposite the beach offering excellent views and easy access the train station and town center are within walking distance making it a convenient spot for exploring the surrounding area restaurants are nearby.

friendly staff great location sea views

The hotel staff was SO friendly and helpful. I'd stay again. The location was great. It was close to the centre and right near the promenade. I was warmly welcomed. My large seafront room had GREAT views of sea and sunrises.

lovely seafront stay

kind staff excellent assistance great location

the staff were kind. winston provided excellent assistance, even during the christmas period when staffing was minimal. the location was great, offering easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants. parking was available, though i imagine it gets busier during peak season.

the shower had very low water pressure. this made showering difficult and not very enjoyable. i wish there was more pressure!

the hotel is very convenient, just a short walk to the tennis centre. local shops and good restaurants are nearby. the beach is located directly across from the hotel. my room featured floor to ceiling windows with excellent sea views.

the water pressure was slightly weak.

the room had a comfortable queen size bed and a single bed. a wardrobe and a dressing table were useful additions. a round table with two chairs was available near the window.

new ensuite fresh bedding great location

The room was modern and included a new en suite. Bedding FELT fresh and new. The location is great, close to the beach and the tennis at Devonshire Park.

The shower was small though clean.
