i found a car park right on the premises which was SOOOO convenient. breakfast had SO many options and was included. staff were VERY friendly and made everything easy. i got a room far from everything so it was super quiet.

the charge of £40 for bringing my two small dogs felt excessive, especially since i was later restricted from leaving them unattended in the room. this limitation significantly altered my evening plans.

the room provided was superior room. it was spacious. i found it well furnished. breakfast was also great, i had plenty of choice. i especially liked the fresh pastries. staff were accommodating. they answered all my questions with patience and gave helpful directions.
the car park is tight and spaces limited. this made parking a slight inconvenience at times.

The room felt somewhat neglected. The shower had inconsistent water pressure (a real test of patience). I also noticed dust in some areas. I hoped for a slightly better experience overall. The dinner was nothing special.
