The staff were professional. They knew their job well. The room was excellent and everything was clean.
The floor carpets had a strange odor. Curtains were not cleaned well. I found no dental kits in the bathroom. Someone tried to enter my room at 4 a.m., claiming it was his. This happened because the room was double-booked.

the room was spacious and clean. the staff member usman was also cooperative. hot water was available .
the bus timeline was very bad. i suffered every time i wanted to go to al haram and return back. all the facilities were good except for the bus service. even people stand on the bus because of limited space. other hotels offer buses every half hour, but this was not the case here. i hope they improve the bus service.

The front desk staff provided efficient service. They helped me quickly get my room. The room had great views. The bathroom worked perfectly. EVERYTHING was excellent. The staff was very professional, and room service was very attentive. Ahmed Sujon was helpful. The housekeeping staff kept my room very clean. The overall atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful.
The wifi connectivity wasn't very good, and I had a slightly hard time getting it to work consistently. The carpets in the room were a little worn.

Staff members were helpful. Ahmed sujon and makki tariq were quick and efficient. Saqib khan, the housekeeping supervisor, was amazing, alongside all the housekeeping staff. I really appreciated their dedication.

The room was ascetically pleasing and roomy! It was clean. Everything was well cared for. I was on the 15th floorwith a GREAT view of the city. It exceeded my expectations.
