Acceptable, but Underwhelming Stay
arctic air conditioning stingy minibar
The air conditioning seemed permanently set to arctic. I fiddled with the controls to no avail. the minibar only contained water and lemonade. I expect at least some crisps and a chocolate bar. A wider selection of drinks would be nice too.

convenient location well-kept room respectful staff
the location was convenient, offering easy access to various attractions. the room was clean and well-kept. i found the staff to be very courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. the great breakfast options were also a plus.

excellent stay near covent garden
perfect location friendly staff complimentary drinks
the location is amazing close to the theatre and restaurants. i found the staff at reception very friendly and helpful. the included coffee machine and complimentary drinks were a plus.
i noticed the lift and entrance smelled slightly musty.

Breakfast service features accommodating staff and good food quality. there is also mrs marie france at the food and beverage department. She. i saw a bar in the hotel too.

My room had modern decor and sleek design. It was clean. it had a very comfortable bed after a long day of exploration. the bathroom included fresh towels, though it lacked amenities i usually find in 5-star hotels.
