the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service, every five minutes, to al-haram. the lobby had an elegant design, and the rooms felt spacious. the 36th floor sky musallah offered a amazing view. the staff were cute and very helpful.
I waited longer than expected for the elevators during peak prayer times. It wasn't a huge deal, but worth noting.

the room size was superb, and it had a comfortable bed. i found the cleanliness to be really good throughout my stay. the lobby design had a signature style that was quite excellent! the bridge between the two towers offered lovely views when praying, with kabba overlooking.
I did experience a slight delay with the elevators. Waiting times were longer than expected.

The executive suite had two rooms plus a lounge. This setup worked well. each room included an attached full bathroom. there was another full bathroom near the entrance. the sky musallah on the 36th floor provided easy prayer access. This was very convenient.
The breakfast selection became repetitive after a few days. More variety would have enhanced the experience.
