Excellent Stay!
immaculate room complete safety lovely staff
The room was immaculate. It was much bigger than I expected. I am a woman and I stayed here alone. I felt completely safe the entire time. Everything was clean. The staff downstairs at breakfast were so lovely and kind!!! I ate the best scrambled eggs of my life here, I need the recipe, please!!! I asked the cleaners for more pillows, and they gave me plenty, very kind!!!
Our room was on the 4th floor. I heard an engine noise every couple of hours, from above. I complained and they said it was from outside. On top of that, I smelled horrible sewer from the bathroom. It was hard to breathe.

Front desk staff provided very helpful assistance to me . The ladies at the breakfast area showed much kindness and care when serving. The hotel responded promptly when I needed extra pillows.

mixed feelings about this stay
warm room stale pastries
The room was too warm. I couldn't adjust the temperature properly. after informing the reception, i was told that the air conditioning couldn't be switched on because it was winter. this made sleeping very difficult. the breakfast pastries tasted stale, i suspected that they weren't fresh.

Wonderful central Stay
perfect location helpful staff clean room
The location was perfect. It provided easy access to the central market and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, addressing all my questions promptly. I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the daily provision of fresh bottled water.
The breakfast variety was somewhat limited. MORE options could IMPROVE it.

The breakfast area, although cozy, offered a selection of fresh items including pastries, fruits, and cereals and the coffee machine made a decent cup. The available seating was sometimes limited during peak hours, so planning arrival time is beneficial.

The reception staff provided assistance with directions and local recommendations and the check-in process was efficient. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. the staff always responded fast to our questions.

My room included a comfortable bed, a television with international channels, and air conditioning that worked efficiently. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries, and fresh towels were provided daily. The room size was adequate for ONE person.
