Excellent Stay!

The room was immaculate. It was much bigger than I expected. I am a woman and I stayed here alone. I felt completely safe the entire time. Everything was clean. The staff downstairs at breakfast were so lovely and kind!!! I ate the best scrambled eggs of my life here, I need the recipe, please!!! I asked the cleaners for more pillows, and they gave me plenty, very kind!!!

Our room was on the 4th floor. I heard an engine noise every couple of hours, from above. I complained and they said it was from outside. On top of that, I smelled horrible sewer from the bathroom. It was hard to breathe.

The room was too warm. I couldn't adjust the temperature properly. after informing the reception, i was told that the air conditioning couldn't be switched on because it was winter. this made sleeping very difficult. the breakfast pastries tasted stale, i suspected that they weren't fresh.

The location was perfect. It provided easy access to the central market and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, addressing all my questions promptly. I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the daily provision of fresh bottled water.

The breakfast variety was somewhat limited. MORE options could IMPROVE it.
