small breakfast room crowded conditions
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby shops.
The breakfast setup was quite poor. The breakfast room was too small, resulting in crowded conditions and difficulty finding a seat (this impacted my experience negatively).

central location is the key
central location helpful staff pedestrian street quick answers
I was welcomed right upon entering the building. the room contained everything i needed. i found myself so close to main tourist attractions. the location is ideal for visiting the castle and parliament on foot. It's on a pedestrian street with shops, restaurants, and cafes so there were no traffic noises.
The breakfast room is quite small for the number of guests. Breakfast was just average.

central location, great experience
friendly receptionists excellent location quiet room air conditioner
the receptionists, dorian and dora, were very friendly. i found them helpful and they really enhanced my stay. the hotel is perfectly situated in the pedestrian area. it has loads of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. my room was air-conditioned and very quiet.
the room was a bit smaller than the pictures suggested.

the hotel is in a perfect location. it is right in the pedestrian area in the city center. the air conditioner in my room was a large bonus. i slept well even during a very hot week.

adequate location, disappointing room
small room terrible view
the location was indeed great. it was easy to get around.
The room was very small. the view was terrible. i asked for a wider comforter, but they refused, citing hotel policy. also, there was no shampoo, bathrobe, or comb. I expected those things.

constant elevator noise undersized breakfast area
The hotel's location was acceptable.
The room I booked turned out to be a disappointment. The noise from the elevator was constant, disrupting my sleep (it was frustrating). The breakfast area was far too small, forcing guests to wait for a table. I found this unacceptable after paying for breakfast.
