I stayed for several nights. THE air conditioning was controlled only by the reception. It was not possible to adjust it in the room. The fridge did not work. I reported this several times, but there was no repair.

The staff was friendly. i found the rooms spacious and clean. everything had a whimsical design. there was also a sky garden rooftop terrace, a lovely place to have a drink. I enjoyed the views. the hotel is near great landmarks too.

the outdoor bar was a bit windy . but everything else was great.

The building itself is beautiful. I found the breakfast good with a HUGE variety of options. The staff were helpful with directions. I am grateful for their assistance.

The jacuzzi was barely hot. I complained, but nothing happened. The directions to local attractions were misleading. It was a longer walk to the baths than I was told.
