Wonderful stay

I must say this hotel was super clean. The staff was SO kind and the rooms had so much character. The jacuzzi added a nice touch to my room. The hotel location was fantastic, and everything was really close.
I experienced just a little issue with the minibar. Even water had extra cost.

The hotel offers secure underground parking in a neighboring street, a very convenient service. A bar is available. It offers personal service. There is also a cozy and warm environment that I appreciate.

The breakfast room downstairs is beautiful. Its cellar design is especially charming. Breakfast features champagne, a nice touch. The breakfast buffet includes good coffee and a wide variety of choices that everyone loves.

My room was spacious. It included a jacuzzi bathtub, what was a true delight. The architecture of the room created a beautiful atmosphere. I felt very comfortable. The room's decor was also really nice.

The front desk operates twenty-four hours a day. That was very useful. The staff was friendly and polite. They organized a taxi for my early departure. I am VERY thankful. They helped with public transport information.

Breakfast really impressed me, and they offered prosecco! the staff was friendly. they were quick at check in, i had a great sized bathroom. i really enjoyed the bars and cafes within a few minutes walk. The breakfast had tons of choices, scrambled eggs, fruit, meats and cheeses. the entire place gave off great vibes, especially the receptionist, they helped with everything.

My room was lovely. It was spacious and had a comfortable bed and tons of storage. it was also quiet and kept scrupulously clean throughout my stay, which i really appreciated.

the location is awesome, the city center is within 15-minute walk and near metro, tram. bus routes. the hotel has a great location close to attractions, it's all within walking distance.

the continental breakfast offered lovely choices and took place in a fabulous setting. the dining hall looks amazing with its vintage vibes, plus, the hotel had a jazz theme, giving it a unique feel.

The staff spoke english well and were helpful! stuff is friendly and helpful. They were always fast to replenish the breakfast items, it made everything so easy and nice.

I adored the art deco design throughout the hotel. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices each morning, a delicious start to my days. the staff was accommodating. They assisted me with directions and recommendations for local attractions.
the elevator was a bit slow at times, a very minor inconvenience.
