the location was good, close to the city center.
my room was much too small. it lacked tissues, a big problem when you have a cold, and there were not enough toiletries like shampoo. i expect more for the price i payed.

i found the staff accommodating they helped with taxi arrangements i especially appreciated breakfast boxes created for our day trip the location allowed easy access to shops and restaurants. the hotel room had modern decor it was also spotlessly clean. the breakfast included many amazing choices staff always offered personalized recommendations for restaurants and local interests. the rooms were quite spacious the cleanliness impressed me. the beds proved comfortable the rooms seemed very clean staff members promptly addressed my needs. the location felt perfect near a bar with food and drinks. the hotel sits just outside the city centre the walk took only fifteen minutes. staff members in each shift were polite helpful and kind. they offered excellent recommendations for local areas.

the staff was helpful. the breakfast was adequate (nothing special, honestly).
The room i booked, a 'superior double or twin room', felt smaller than advertised. the soundproofing was poor. I heard street noise throughout the night. also, i requested fresh towels one day, but the same old ones were folded and returned.
