Really good Stay, Central Location and Wonderful Staff

The location was excellent. It was very close to the St Stephen cathedral, about a 10-minute walk. The staff was nice and helpful to me. I appreciated the spacious room, especially the automatic blindswith excellent light control. The bed was larger than I anticipated and very comfortable.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee and cake from 1 PM to 5 PM daily, a feature I found quite inviting. The next-door garage provided convenient parking, which I valued because I arrived by car.

The staff members were wonderfully polite and offered assistance with my questions. This made coordinating my arrival very easy. Airport transfers were arranged for me without any difficulty.

My room featured a big balcony that provided an amazing view of the city. I enjoyed it a lot. The room offered total comfort and fully met all my needs. Nice toiletries and ample towels were also provided.

The hotel's location allowed easy walking access to many attractions including the Opera House and several museums. Access to metro stations was convenient, including the S7 train from the airport. A park is a minute away.

The breakfast had a huge selection to choose from, including hot options to order, fantastic. There was a great view towards Karlskirche from the breakfast room. Four different types of eggs were custom made for me.

great lighthandy shelfamazing view
i stayed in a clean and modern room. it had great light options plus a handy shelf next to the bed with light switches. the balcony had amazing views of the city i saw beautiful sunsets from it. it was close to all major attractions and public transport links.
the air conditioning was weak and the weather was hot.

My room had amazing views from it's own balcony. the location is great. I walked to most places. i found the breakfast room to be on the 12th floor.
the ac in my room was not working. it was very hot and humid upon my arrival after a long trip. the housekeeping staff was very rude when they came to check the ac.
