convenient location and excellent service

direct train helpful staff local restaurant

The location suited my needs perfectly with a direct train from the airport just a short walk away.. the underground station was also very close, with access to the city and surrounding areas. the staff were very polite and helpful. a variety of restaurants are nearby, and the prater park with the giant ferris wheel is within walking distance.

The breakfast felt overpriced. While there was plenty of selection, the cost seemed high relative to the food quality.

the breakfast buffet had delicious options and varied choices. i found the front desk people helpful. they provided good information about the transport system. the hotel is near underground stations so travel around the city was easy.

i noticed some slight street noise occasionally that was audible but only faint.

the staff was very helpful, especially laura. the breakfast offered a substantial selection and tasted really delicious (the pastries were divine!). all transport was easily accessible, a short walk to major attractions.

the breakfast had many options, everything tasted very fresh. i especially liked the homemade jams and breads. charcuterie and fruits were also available each morning.

clean room tea facility extra bedding

the room was clean. the hotel offered tea and coffee making facilities! i also found extra bedding readily available. the shower was very good.

the metro's proximity meant i could sometimes hear slight noises and vibrations with each passing train.
