dreamy days
helpful staff easy journey ample space
i adored the location. aya sofya felt so close, just a tender stroll away. the staff had such kindness. they shared helpful advice before we even arrived, made our journey much easier. our beautiful triple room gave us ample space and the bathroom included hairdryer.
the walls lacked good soundproofing. i heard every sound from the reception below late one night. this made it hard to fall asleep. i hope they can improve sound insulation for a calmer stay.

historic sight great variety friendly staff
The location was excellent. It was very close to major historic sights. the breakfast offered amazing variety each day (i especially liked the pastries). all the staff were helpful. They were polite and friendly.
The lift was really small. It could be inconvenient with large luggage.

great location convenient location fabulous breakfast friendly staff unsupportive mattress poor soundproofing room issue
The hotel's location was certainly convenient. It was just around the corner from the Blue Mosque and the historic center. The breakfast was also a highlight. The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, i thought.
The mattress in room 202 felt unsupportive. It dipped in the middle, so sleeping was quite difficult for me. The room also lacked soundproofing. I could clearly hear people arriving in reception, even from the 2nd floor.

the location was acceptable, with access to nearby attractions.
The room size was smaller than expected, limiting movement. there were persistent noises from the hallway. This disrupted sleep. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries, inconvenient.

amazing selection bottled water backup generator small lift
I found a amazing breakfast here. It had the most amazing selection of jams and I even got to try lots of Turkish specialties. The rooms were cleaned and bottled water were giving each day. It was really nice.
The electricity went off for a entire day. The owner don't do anything for residents staying at the hotel. There were no back up generators or anything, and it were scorching hot! I found the lift were really small.
