The location is AMAZING!!! It is super convenient with stores right in the building. I could easily access all of the sights. The staff was helpful and many spoke English.
The room was SO small! I know they are trying to reduce the carbon footprint, but it was tiny. The corridor getting to the room was narrow. Only one person could fit at a time. The window did not open, and the air conditioning was building controlled, so I could not adjust it to my liking.

the location is very convenient less than 3 minutes walk from a subway station now the minatomirai line. it is also close to 2 shopping malls with a wide variety of food options. the room had a nice harbor view.
the room was small it reminded me of it was a capsule hotel. i was mostly outside during the day i only stayed there at night. it was fine to manage this extra tiny room.

i loved the hotel's convenience store i could grab snacks anytime it was located right inside. the harbor view from my room was fine i spent hours just watching the boats. the onsen was so relaxing i really enjoyed the outdoor area it was very big.
the room was a bit compact it was still functional though

the room was small space for luggage was inadequate i had to keep my suitcase on the bed most of the time this made moving around difficult the air conditioning was centrally controlled and did not allow individual adjustments the room remained too warm even with the temperature set to its lowest point. there were significant queues for check in it was a very slow process using a self service machine i found this frustrating after a long journey.

The location was excellent! Shopping at the Red Brick Warehouse and Queens Towers was so easy. The two Family Marts on the fourth floor were very convenient.
Check-in was a bit slow. There were many people so a long line formed just to store luggage. The room was also small. It was like a capsule hotel.
