i loved that there was a 7-eleven right in the basement. it was super convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks at any time! the staff were friendly, and i especially appreciated how clean the rooms were. having washing facilities available for a small fee was a lifesaver for my trip.
The room was small. It felt cramped with my luggage. i really did not like not having a twin room without paying extra, even though they had bigger double rooms. the location was okay though the view from the room was uninspiring!

The coin washing machines were useful for laundry. The free toiletries and beauty products are of a good quality. I appreciated the convenience of a 24-hour 7-Eleven located in the basement of the hotel.
The room layout made it harder to move around with the bed pushed into a corner.

The hotel is close to Nishi-Shinjuku underground. I walked just a few hundred meters. There are some eating places nearby the hotel. I found more closer to Kabukicho and Shinjuku proper.

The location was adequate with access to public transportation.
The room was small with barely enough space for luggage I expected better. The breakfast situation was a joke there were long queues I was like I was at a fast food restaurant. I tried to get a refund for unused breakfast coupons, but that was denied, annoying.
