The staff were polite and provided attentive service throughout my stay. The kaiseki meals were well-prepared, and I found the breakfast especially enjoyable. The onsen facilities were clean and well kept (a very relaxing experience).
My room, a Standard Japanese-Style House Annex "Meigetsu", showed some signs of wear. The shower setup felt outdated, only one leading to the outdoor onsen. There was no stocked minibar (which would have been a nice touch).
