Really good Hotel Experience

The location offers easy access to multiple shops. The hotel provides direct access to the airport via the limousine bus. My room featured a great view from a high floor (I enjoyed seeing the city skyline).
I found the air conditioning difficult to adjust.

Most of the reception staff displayed excellent hospitality. They were happy to provide assistance. I saw staff help guests obtain taxis early in the morning. Staff can also direct you to nearby post offices for mailing services.

The hotel is near the train station (a short walk away). I found that the hotel offered easy access to multiple shopping areas, (ideal for travelers). The location works well for access to the Fuji area by bus.

the location is PERFECT!!! it's connected to a mall with shops and restaurants galore. i walked just 10 minutes to the train station with no issues. the hotel staff are friendly, warm, and considerate, which i appreciated so much.
i found controlling the air conditioning in the room to be a slight challenge. it only has low, medium, and high settings.

Convenient Stay Above Sunshine City

The room was cleaned daily with many amenities refilled. I appreciated the super clean rooms. The hotel is literally above a shopping center. It is convenient. A FamilyMart is on the first floor. This is a huge plus, especially for a midnight snack.
I waited a long time, especially during busy hours going down for breakfast or coming back to the room.

The limousine bus from the airport stopped right outside the hotel. This made arrival simple. the room included space to store luggage and hang clothes. That was very convenient!!!
The air conditioning could not be controlled to my preferred temperature. Only the airflow was adjustable.
