Really good Design and Courteous Service
respectful staff spacious room evening lounge
I appreciated the bigger than expected Type D Twin Room. The bathroom included a bathtub and all amenities. The staff was very courteous, I was grateful. There was a lounge area with drinks and snacks in the evening.

a zen experience in ginza
wooden touches great storage mugi oils
The room was beautifully designed with mostly wooden touches. I admired the great storage solutions. i found lots of muji treats in the room. the electric tablet controlled everything from curtains to front desk calls, i even chose muji oils for the in-room diffuser.
The room was very small with an odd shape. It had a long, unusable hallway. it claimed to have 25~32m2, though the usable space felt much smaller.

The location is fantastic. It is central and close to shops, streets, and transport. the ginza line is easy to navigate. It offers convenient access to the airport and airport skyline, which i used.

Breakfast was a good experience with fresh flowers and cherry blossoms adorning each table. the choices were complimented by classic dishes, blending both japanese and western elements. It was a very good start to each day, though the hours are a bit restricted!

hotel residents had access to the lounge from 16:00 to 21:00 with complimentary wines, beverages, and snacks. this lounge was a great bonus after a day exploring the vibrant city, it offered a relaxing space. i found it quite convenient!

basic stay in ginza
narrow room cement bathroom
the location was great, right in the heart of ginza.
the room i had was very narrow, almost claustrophobic. the bathroom, made entirely of cement, felt cold and uninviting.. the front desk staff also seemed unwilling to accommodate a simple request for an extra hour for late checkout.

minimalist aesthetic convenience store quiet stay
the hotel design followed the minimalist aesthetic i adore. the convenience store access from the hotel proved useful for late-night snacks (i love those!). i enjoyed the quiet i experienced .

mysterious floor stains cursory job
The room was allegedly cleaned, but I discovered mysterious stains on the floor. It was quite obvious that the cleaning staff only did a cursory job. I expect a much higher level of cleanliness given the price.

stylish and Convenient stay
flagship store free drinks convenient location
The hotel is connected to the flagship store on the 6th floor. It is very convenient. i appreciated the free drinks, wines, and snacks at the end of the day. i found the location convenient, close to many points of interest in the area.
i found that the sound proofing was not very good. i could clearly hear the movements of neighbours, even on the top floor.

The room interior design was beautiful. Everything was pristine and intuitive. the bathroom was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. controls via an ipad for lighting, air conditioning, and curtains were useful.

the hotel has its own special back entrance so you do not have to access the store. the hotel is close to many points of interest. everything is walkable within the surrounding area.

the staff was friendly and helpful, readily addressing queries. they were able to arrange our rooms right next to each other, a feature we appreciated. the lounge area offered beverages during the day.
