Ginza Stay Review

great viewreception teamhelpful recommendationsluggage assistance
The reception is on the 16th floor. It has a lovely view of the city! The reception team were great. They helped with recommendations. They also assisted with luggage. I also appreciated how close the hotel is to many restaurants.
The restaurant was completely booked one night. The only choice was a very limited takeaway menu. This felt disappointing, considering I was a guest.
Rooms
9/10
The room had a nice view. It was big enough for two people with limited luggage. The space design feel ideal. It featured a small sofa area next to the bed, good for organizing belongings.
Location
10/10
The location is really good in Ginza! The hotel is near the subway station. There is a Don Quijote store across from the hotel that opens very late. It offers easy shopping.
Facilities
9/10
The lobby is on the 16th floor. You are able to see Tokyo Tower from the seating area. This provide a calm and beautiful vista. The hotel includes complimentary amenities such as toothbrush and soaps.

The staff has a wonderful approach. They are courteous. They are helpful. I found them most professional. I asked about shipping suitcases to other hotels and the staff gave me many options.
