superb hotel stay
perfect location complimentary drinks tasty breakfast
the location was perfect, right by the station. the room size was great, and the complimentary drinks were a lovely treat. the shower was also great, and comfy dressing gowns were included. breakfast was really tasty with many options (i especially enjoyed the pastries).
the check-in process felt a bit unusual since it was located on the top floor.

this hotel features a modern gym equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. it also included a rooftop bar, and i enjoyed a welcome glass of champagne there.

hotel staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness throughout my stay. they promptly addressed inquiries and fulfilled requests, i found their attentiveness to be first-rate. i also appreciated their helpfulness with local directions.

immaculate room welcome champagne stellar location city view
The room was immaculate. i had a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival. the location is stellar. It is central to everything (waverly train station is very close). the bar on the top floor has city views.
the window in my room was small.

the hotel is located near waverley station. it is within walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. the location allowed me to easily explore many tourist attractions (i didn't use any ride-sharing services).

the room included a clothes steamer. the staff offered great concierge connection. i appreciated the attention to detail and modern design that complemented my stay. the coffee machine in my room was useful.

central location clean room excellent staff
the location is central it is close to the station. the room was very clean the shower was great. staff at reception were excellent i found them helpful.

urine smell non-working fridge
The location near the train station was convenient.
The room smelled strongly of urine, very unpleasant. the in-room fridge did not work at all. I woke up early because cleaners made a lot of noise while cleaning nearby rooms.

lounge access shower mat
I encountered two notable issues . Access to the champagne lounge proved problematic. External bookings took precedence. Hotel residents who did not pre-book found themselves excluded from this space. the non-slip shower mat presented a safety concern. My mother slipped on this mat.

The hotel had a great location across from the train station. complimentary drinks and treats were available in the room, with a nice coffee maker. the staff was very friendly. They made transportation easy.
the roof bar seemed inhospitable to hotel guests.
