the location was excellent. i easily walked to nearby attractions, which i really loved. the breakfast included delicious, high-quality food, perfectly cooked for everyone! bourne car park is very close, so parking was easy and convenient.

inflexible breakfastrigid parameters
the advertised breakfast times proved inflexible. i arrived just minutes after the stated end time one morning. the staff refused to accommodate me stating the chef had already departed. this rigidity was disappointing given the hotel's size. i found no willingness to provide service beyond stated parameters.
