Really good stay with wonderful staff
helpful staff convenient location comfortable room early check-in
the staff were helpful and pleasant . the hotel's proximity to the south kensington tube station was very convenient. the room offered a comfortable experience with good amenities. i found early check-in available, which helped after my long flight.

The front desk team is efficient and kind. They ensured i enjoyed my stay. the staff were great. room service was prompt. The club sandwiches were delicious, and one was enough for two people.

helpful staff great location quality restaurant
The staff showed extreme helpfulness. The location provides good access to the Underground station (it is only a block away). I found neighborhood restaurants of great quality. (I really enjoyed the variety of cuisines available!)
The security felt somewhat relaxed. One could enter guest room areas without a key.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

This hotel boasts a fantastic location near the South Kensington station. The staff greeted us with champagne and chocolates upon arrival to celebrate our anniversary. The location made it easy to walk to the Royal albert hall for a concert. We enjoyed the excellent service throughout our stay.
The floors creaked QUITE audibly, disrupting my sleep.

The hotel is located right next to the metro. It is convenient and allows quick access to various attractions. The hotel also offers close proximity to museums and hyde park.

Our room was quiet (i had requested that) and a good size with comfortable beds. The bathroom provided nice amenities. Excellent toiletries were supplied along with complimentary water and nespresso machine. The room had everything we needed.

The breakfast was VERY good (especially the a la carte menu!). Aperol offers excellent food and service with happy hour cocktails. The pre-theatre meal is a good price. There is a great assortment of drinks too.

The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful with all our needs. The doormen were helpful and very kind. The porter went out of his way to give us directions. Nothing was too much trouble.

excellent location breakfast tables
the location was excellent. i liked that it was very close to the underground station (it took only 45 minutes from heathrow using the tube).
the hotel did not have a proper bar. drinks were served in the restaurant, but the tables were set for breakfast.
