Tasteful Design and Really good Service

The hotel has an obvious dedication to thoughtful design and seamlessly integrates with the cave setting, which I noticed immediately. A fine pool area had amazing views, and I especially enjoyed spending time there.
The bathroom wasn't refilled every day. I needed to request more soap on the second day though they were really quick and helpful when I asked

The staff was friendly and courteous offering assistance at all times, even with tours outside the hotel. They were always available to assist within the hotel 24/7. I felt genuinely supported .

Breakfast included many vegetarian options, fresh and tasty. I also appreciated that I could refill my water bottle anytime, a real plus. The hotel has a sushi restaurant onsite, though I didn't try it myself.

The location was ideal. I could easily walk to the town center. The hotel offers valley views, and the sister hotel has fine views, especially during sunrise with the balloons. The hotel provides a shuttle service to nearby airports.

My room was spacious and well-designed, and I appreciated having all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The room featured stone themes, a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was quite large. I particularly enjoyed the quiet ambiance at the top of the hill.

faulty air conditioningbee infestation
The air conditioning barely cooled the room. Nights were too hot. the terrace, where breakfast was served, was full of bees. i saw a guest get stung while eating!!!
