during my recent visit, the staff were cute. they offered attentive service, especially kevin. the check-in process was smooth. i found my room super clean and well-appointed. it included all the amenities i needed, like a cozy bed. the champagne bar staff impressed me with their service. the hotel's location was ideal, specifically for train travel.

i found that the air conditioning unit in my room rattled slightly throughout the night. this was a very minor issue, it did not greatly affect my experience. i still managed to have a very restful sleep.
