The room lacked coat hooks. the window had ineffective roman blinds, affecting sleep quality. the champagne bar prices seemed high. They ran out of pinot grigio on saturday night.

the hotel had amazing staff. they were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast choices were really good (i especially liked the pastries). the location is central to many shops.

we checked in at 2 pm. room service trays were in the corridor outside several rooms. they still had not been moved after 9 pm. it's not what i expected from a hotel.

during my recent visit, the staff were cute. they offered attentive service, especially kevin. the check-in process was smooth. i found my room super clean and well-appointed. it included all the amenities i needed, like a cozy bed. the champagne bar staff impressed me with their service. the hotel's location was ideal, specifically for train travel.

i found that the air conditioning unit in my room rattled slightly throughout the night. this was a very minor issue, it did not greatly affect my experience. i still managed to have a very restful sleep.
