The staff wasn't friendly, which I found annoyin. The service felt cold. The English site failed to mention the pool was closed. This was not good, I was mad about that. I think they need to improve their communication and customer service. The lack of transparency and unfriendly staff really affected my stay. They should be straight about the pool closure, unfriendly service
