wonderful stay!

creative towel arrangementsreally good servicelong queues
the housekeeping team and nasibul mamun provided really good service. our room was always clean and organized. the team ensured our comfort. i was really surprised by creative towel arrangements. nasibul mamun surprised my children with birthday gifts.
the reception staff and the manager were disappointing. it took almost an hour and a half to check-in. the staff were slow. there were long queues for the reception.

tv areagreat servicewhat's app updates
the breakfast buffet offered many choices, even a children's area with its own tv. i saw staff like mr jojje at the adult pool providing great service. the kids club allowed me to leave my daughter alone from 10 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., and staff like mrs regie anne sent me what's app updates about her activities.
the hotel was busy. queues formed constantly.

The breakfast service was disorganized. I waited a LONG time for coffee (the staff SEEMED understaffed). The room had a balcony I could not open and the coffee maker did not work. I had to call about it.

Acceptable stay with Some Service Issues

The room had adequate space and all the expected amenities were available.
Check-in was a major problem. I waited hours for the room to be ready. This significantly cut into my planned afternoon activities, i received little apology for the delay.
