The check-in process was slow. It took about 20 minutes. I booked two rooms for my family. they were located in different towers and on separate floors. This was inconvenient. Our luggage was also delayed by two hours after we checked in. No one apologized for the inconvenience. Management did not contact us to resolve the issue.

the breakfast was ok (nothing special though).

i found the reusable water bottles in the room smelled bad. the water was undrinkable i believe. i was celebrating an anniversary, and the hotel brought a cake. it looked as if someone had pulled it out of their pocket before leaving it on the table (it looked old).
