The digital check-in process seemed convenient initially. Still, having to rely on my phone to access everything was a bit of a drag. I mean what if the battery dies. Then I am standing outside, stranded. I would have appreciated a heads-up before.

the room was spacious and close to the main train station. keyless entry to both the building and the rooms worked without fault. thoughtful touches, like luxurious towels and a personalized welcome message, enhanced my stay greatly. i appreciated the cleanliness and well kept condition of everything.
i found the app-based system a little impersonal. a physical key might have been my preference.

the location was very convenient. hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all provided. heaters and fans were also available (a nice touch).
they only informed me when i was already in the city. i appreciate the free washing machine, but soap sheets would be better than laundry soap pods. the customer service was bad after check-in i received an automated email asking whether i'm satisfied, but it took four days to receive a human response to my issue.

the location are very close to central station. a kettle were nice for making hot drinks. the room was quiet, at least on a snowy january night.
the room was tired and not that clean. i see mould in the shower. the room was to hot even with heaters off and no ability to get fresh air.
