service was LACKING
unwelcoming staffmissing amenities
i stayed for three nights. the reception staff WAS unwelcoming. i found grumpy faces and no warm smiles at all. the room had no slippers, no welcome water, and no robes. for almost €700, i expected those basic amenities. after arrival, i asked twice for the room to be cleaned, but it was not done. only after a third request was it addressed. THE phone in the room did not connect with reception. it made it difficult to request things i needed.

the breakfast buffet was HUGE and tasty. i found lots of delicious food i never tried before! i also really liked how close it was to public transport. it made getting around super easy for me! the staff, especially at the omelette station, was so energetic and friendly. it made the morning even better!
my room was super small and the bathroom was tiny too. i mean, i expected more space. the walls in the room seemed dusty and not very clean. also, the hotel didn't provide water bottles in the room which kinda stinks, you know?
