The hotel has a free airport shuttle. I found the service very convenient. The hotel's proximity to a large mall was also helpful. I easily accessed several shops and restaurants.
The air conditioning was turned off ! The room became uncomfortably warm. I also found the staff at reception not very helpful. They struggled with directions for local transport.

free shuttle firm beds
The free airport shuttle runs every thirty minutes. This made early morning travel stress free. The room was clean. Firm beds were present.
The television had only Spanish channels. Access to English channels were not possible. The remote didn't work.

The shuttle driver was friendly and helped me with my luggage. Check in and check out was easy. Staff members were friendly and cute. They were helpful at all times in both hotels.

The hotel has a modern design. It felt very clean. The free airport shuttle service was a definite plus. There is a large shopping center very close to the hotel! The breakfast buffet offered many options and the food tasted good.
The hotel restaurant was closed one night. It was a disappointing surprise upon arrival. I also found that there was no milk in the room. The front desk staff did not offer a solution to the problem. I had to use a small cardboard cup to make a drink.

adequate stay near the airport
shuttle service prompt arrival nearby restaurant modern lighting spanish channel faulty remote
the shuttle service to the airport was prompt it arrived within 15 minutes. a restaurant near the hotel remains open relatively late it is about 100 meters away. the room had modern lighting i found it quite pleasing.
the television offered only channels in spanish i could not find any english-speaking options. the remote control was initially non-functional a technician had to repair it.

The airport shuttle service worked well.
The bathroom door did not lock properly and consisted of opaque glass. Privacy suffered as a result. The bathroom amenities seemed lacking, especially given the price paid.

decent experience, some minor issues.
free shuttle spacious room pool area unhelpful staff long waiting time
the hotel provide a free shuttle to the airport. it left every 30 minutes. the pool area look nice and the rooms were spacious.
the staff was unhelpful. i had to wait over an hour to be picked up from the airport. when i called the hotel, i had to ring 3 times.
