fantastic location near retiro park
friendly staff vegan options clean room comfortable bed
I was very grateful for my stay. the staff was friendly and helpful (they even helped me find a bike to rent). breakfast offered many choices. Vegans had options. the room was always super clean and cozy.

fresh fruit friendly staff convenient location nearby restaurants
i found the breakfast buffet excellent, especially the fresh fruit selection. the staff was always friendly and ready to assist. the location suited me well, close to retiro park and metro stations. i also appreciated the proximity to restaurants (i tried several along alcalá street).
the gym was quite small and had limited equipment (only a couple of machines).

the hotel's location is very convenient. it is just across the street from retiro park. i found the breakfast selection quite good. mr fede at the reception was friendly (he gave us helpful information).
the room was quite small. the furnishings seemed to be of poor quality.

the hotel sits across from the park and near museums. good restaurants are within walking distance. breakfast offered sugar-free options and omelets. the location is awesome because it is close to retiro park. i took walks in the park.
the room seemed like a poor two star hotel not a four star. the bed was also not great.

great location museum proximity good breakfast small room dark room dirty stains
the location worked so well for me. it is right across from retiro park, a great space for walks. i could easily walk to the prado museum from there. the breakfast selection was quite good too!!!
i found the room rather small. it was also quite dark even though i paid extra for a park view. i noticed dirty stains on the wall and in the bathroom, a disappointment.

Excellent Stay Near the Park
perfect shower friendly staff comfortable room
The location was superb, directly across from the park. I found the Double or Twin Room Park View to be very comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and cute, and the shower was perfect (it had great pressure!).
The rooms were small, but I quickly realized that the furnishings were of poor quality. The bed sat on platforms that shifted, and I had to push them back into position.

The staff was always met with a smile and was very helpful when I had questions. Front desk assistance was available 24 hours a day, and they provided quick responses to inquiries. The staff offered useful advice about local attractions and transportation options.

eh, it was a stay i guess
ikea furniture neighbor noise
The rooms are, how can i say, not quite as advertised. my 'double or twin room' felt more like a single at best, and the furniture looked like it was purchased during ikea's going-out-of-business sale. and don't even get me started on the noise. I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. every. thing. i'm not sure what they were up to but it sounded like a furniture removal service operating at 3 a.m.
