organized boat ridesinging groupwonderful massagerelaxing scent
the boat ride to the island was well-organized and safe area. upon arrival, a singing group greeted everyone which was a nice touch. the spa provided a wonderful massage experience.. i found the staff lovely. i also appreciated the relaxing scent in the reception area.

Underwhelming experience. Service fell short
smooth boat tripunavailable staff
the boat trip to the island was smooth.
I tried to book a room for new year's eve but i couldn't reach room reservations for over a week. I called every day. one day someone answered only after i threatened to post a review on trip advisor. unfortunately, because no one answered, they are now fully booked.

the room was spacious. the staff was attentive and quick to respond to my requests. the adventure park access added significant value to my trip.
i found the boat transfer to be slightly disorganized. the signage could be improved, as finding the correct departure point caused some confusion. also, some of the water activities seemed overpriced given the duration of the experience, expensive experience.

the resort offered a very high standard of dining in the restaurant i visited. the island maintained a clean environment considering its beachfront location. david around the pool provided really good service making everything seamless. i really appreciated his helpfulness.

the boat ride to the island was quick and easy, taking only thirty minutes. i really appreciated the fresh water that was always available, it helped me stay hydrated in the heat. the kayaking was fun and so was relaxing on the beach swing. the staff were very friendly and hospitable.
