the ambiance was elegant. the food was exquisite and the red wine selection was AMAZING!!! yassine, our waiter, provided really good service. he was attentive and knowledgeable.
I am sitting right now in my room regretting staying. upon check in i walked into a nice room when i opened the drawer at the bedside table i was surprised to see spilled coffee with hair stuck to it and a used dirty mug cap! i called to inform them. They sent someone to clean it with no apologies at all. its the small details that count and this stay was not worth the money.

the receptionist was very helpful at check-in. the staff throughout the hotel seemed attentive and responsive to requests. i really liked the sea view from my room, so amazing. the breakfast options were nice, but a larger variety could be better.
the service seemed quite slow at times, it's true. i had issues with the tv ac and curtains not functioning properly initially. maintenance did come to fix them, so it was resolved. the blackout curtains were inadequate, so the room was very bright in the morning.

the room included modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. the sea view was definitely a highlight, so amazing indeed. the room provided ample space for relaxation. everything was working perfectly.

breakfast featured a nice selection of items, freshly prepared. the dining area provided comfortable seating and pleasant ambiance. the service in the restaurant was attentive and efficient. i was charmed by the place.

i loved how modern the rooms were. i was in a grand suite sea view and it was huge! breakfast had tons of options, like everything from omelets to pastries. the gym had all the latest equipment, like treadmills and weights. i even saw a trainer there!
the service felt slow sometimes, specifically at the pool bar. getting a drink took ages i was so frustrated. lastly, the hallways had a funny smell on my floor, it was kind of strange.
