excellent facilities!
seamless experience really good service late check-out
My stay included access to world-class facilities and amazing restaurants. i want to specially thank balbina, she provided warm hospitality with attentive service. she made sure my long weekend was going perfectly. The team even accommodated a late check-out. also, i am thankful to matrin from room service for his kindness. bashar made the check-in process smooth.
during my stay, the carpets in my room needed a deep clean. i also experienced some noise from low-flying planes from the airport. it was noticeable when i sat at the beach or pool. the constant noise was disruptive.

the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a very nice view, and the room had a balcony. rooms were cleaned daily, so my room was always in a perfect condition. the beds were comfortable.

the hotel location was beautiful! the hotel is near the beachwith clean sands and natural scenery. nearby, there is a tennis court that is easily accessible. i found many things to do nearby.

christmas decorations central location organized transfers safe driver
the resort had festive christmas decorations for children. the hotel location is near venice of doha. the concierge helped organize our transfers. we appreciated kaushal and ganis for driving us safely with a baby seat.
Some restaurants lacked gluten-free options. The half-board dinner selection was very limited.

The hotel staff provided excellent support throughout the stay. They were always polite and helpful! the team addressed requests promptly and efficiently. I appreciated their willingness to assist with various needs, such as luggage handling.

Breakfast included many options. I had bakery items, fresh fruit, and a full english breakfast. Traditional varieties were also available! the public house general manager ensured we were well looked after on checkout, a very nice touch.

kind head meticulous cleaning available bellmen
Lytha, the Head of Quality and Training, was KIND and genuine. She really made sure our comfort was top priority. The housekeeping team meticulously cleaned our room two times a day and replenished all supplies. Bellmen were always available to assist with anything we needed.
We waited longer than expected for our order at the café.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools. It also offers direct access to a private beach area, perfect for sunbathing and relaxation, so you can take the time to indulge yourself. The grounds are beautifully maintained.

Al Sufra provides amazing Levantine cuisine and perfect service from the staff, including Nour, Abdullah, Hassan, and Waled. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of various foods to choose from. I tried the secret garden on the roof on our last night, and everything was GREAT.

A Romantic Getaway
kind team personalized note clean facilities warm gestures
The team was so kind. The personalized welcome note was very heartwarming. The facilities were very clean, an atmosphere of elegance shone through the hotel. The staff had attention for detail. The housekeepers maintained excellent profession. I liked the personalized touches and warm gestures.
The breakfast was a little small. There wasn't an omelet station. It was surprising for a five stars.

Charmed by the Family Friendly Amenities
amazing club shallow pool paddle court
The kids club stood out offering much for the children. Sarah, Aleli, and Joy fostered a wonderful environment. Pools were shallow and very suitable for younger children. We also used the paddle court a lot it was a hit.
The breakfast food did not meet my expectations in quality. Staff did not ask if we wanted coffee or water. The kids club was often closed for beach activities it was unexpected. I had to call multiple times to get a request fulfilled.

The hotel is near Qanat Quartier. This location gives a convenient five to seven minute walk. We found a lovely breakfast at the Artist Café nearby it was nice.

In-room dining proved convenient and tasty. It had a good range of options. The breakfast was varied and the restaurant staff very professional. I found the supervisor showed excellent manners.
