A Romantic Getaway

The team was so kind. The personalized welcome note was very heartwarming. The facilities were very clean, an atmosphere of elegance shone through the hotel. The staff had attention for detail. The housekeepers maintained excellent profession. I liked the personalized touches and warm gestures.
The breakfast was a little small. There wasn't an omelet station. It was surprising for a five stars.

Charmed by the Family Friendly Amenities

The kids club stood out offering much for the children. Sarah, Aleli, and Joy fostered a wonderful environment. Pools were shallow and very suitable for younger children. We also used the paddle court a lot it was a hit.
The breakfast food did not meet my expectations in quality. Staff did not ask if we wanted coffee or water. The kids club was often closed for beach activities it was unexpected. I had to call multiple times to get a request fulfilled.

The hotel is near Qanat Quartier. This location gives a convenient five to seven minute walk. We found a lovely breakfast at the Artist Café nearby it was nice.

In-room dining proved convenient and tasty. It had a good range of options. The breakfast was varied and the restaurant staff very professional. I found the supervisor showed excellent manners.
