Really good Service and Clean Facilities

This was my first time in the city, and I found the service really good. Staff members are polite.. Diana and Sanita were especially lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, and I found a peaceful atmosphere in the room. I would certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers.
The all-inclusive package does need a few improvements to ensure a consistent experience for every guest.

The main buffet restaurant offers diverse food but would benefit from menu changes. The à la carte restaurants are really good. The steak house provides top-quality food, and the Indian restaurant serves delicious dishes.

I found our premium room to be a wonderful space. the sea view from the balcony was amazing. the housekeeping service kept everything super clean. This. the skyline glittered each evening. the room included complimentary toiletries. the bed was extra large and lovely.
the pool area did get quite crowded during the day. it was sometimes hard to find a sun lounger available. more seating would improve the guest experience. finding a quiet spot was challenging.

Our room featured a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks. we also found comfortable seating with a small table. This was great for enjoying a cup of tea. there were ample charging points for our devices.

The staff was always attentive. they were prompt to respond to our requests. I never felt more accommodated. the service was excellent all around.

The hotel offered various dining options. I was spoiled for choice. the gym was well equipped with modern machines. the beach was pristine and well-kept, this made our moments lovely. i would like to visit again.

My room was very clean. The food options proved amazing. I found the concierge service very helpful .
The room was like it was only for two persons. I had to ask for extra towels for my child. There was no offering of beverages for my child at check-in, even at 1 am.

The hotel is close to the airport. I noticed some helicopter noise.
