generally a pleasant stay
varied choicesspacious roomshower groutmarked tables
the breakfast buffet includes many choices and i found my room spacious. the hotel also has a clean feel to it. i did find the direct line from changi airport very useful.
during my stay, i did notice some mould growing in the shower grout. some of the bedside tables seemed rough and marked. i did expect a higher quality for the price.

The location was convenient as it was nearby the Tanjung Pagar MRT station. Also many restaurants were in the surrounding area.
The gym was small and the equipment seemed outdated. It was also too hot inside. The shower lacked bath products for two days, even after I asked the reception desk to replenish them.

the location proved convenient, with proximity to chinatown and nearby train lines for easy access to attractions. the staff offered wonderful service. concierge suresh provided local recommendations and luggage assistance, which i found helpful. the reception staff, including andy, accommodated my early arrival, and it added to a smooth check-in.
this impacted the otherwise quiet setting.

The location was nice. It had an MRT station only a short walk away. There were also many dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet had a lot of selections.
The aircon temperature was a problem. I could not drop it below 21 degrees. This temperature still felt warmer. The rooftop bar disappointed me one night because the fries were stale.
