The room size was great. The staff was helpful and cooperative. The pool was amazing, a definite plus. I thank the staff for their help.
I asked for an upper floor room. The receptionist said it was not available, only rooms on lower floors were. The chlorine smell in the blanket and towels was very strong. This was a problem.

the valet parking made arrival straightforward i found that very helpful. the breakfast had a large number of options and i appreciated that. the chefs cooked omelettes that were very good.
the bedding did not appear clean i noticed yellow marks on it. the air conditioning was either too cold or not working at all. a lamp in the room was not working.
