Luxury redefined!
helpful staff wonderful touch great cleanliness
I found the staff helpful. They addressed requests quickly. The complementary fruit and chocolates were a WONDERFUL touch. The hotel's cleanliness was great. The housekeeping team ensured everything was super clean. The spa was also something special, i felt reborn.
The elevators could be a bit slow during peak hours, i noticed.

The two-bedroom suite was very spacious, easily accommodating our family. The balcony offered AMAZING views, and we spent many evenings enjoying the scenery. The beds were comfortable. Sleep quality was superb.

The hotel is situated in a calm area, i appreciated the tranquility. Access to the beach was effortless. It was just a short walk. Transportation options are readily available, getting around the area was convenient.

Breakfast offered a wide array of choices. Everyone found something they liked. The restaurants provided diverse culinary experiences, we tried several and were impressed. The service was perfect. The staff was attentive.

Lovely Stay
comfortable bed separate shower efficient service
The spacious room included a comfortable bed and separate seating area. The bathroom featured both a large soaking tub and separate shower. I found a wide variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The valet parking service was quick and efficient.
The wait time for elevators during peak hours could be a bit long.

The several outdoor pools provided plenty of space for swimming and sunbathing. I saw a modern gym with cardio machines and weight equipment available. The hotel features private cinema.

Staff members were always helpful and attentive to every need. The room service staff delivered meals promptly and efficiently. I noticed housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

slow room service unorganized activities
This hotel isnt great. The room service was slow. I waited over an hour for a simple order and it arrived cold. The kids club was a major disappointment. It lacked supervision and the activities seemed unorganized. My children were bored, I was frustrated.

ottoman elegance, a nice stay
warm welcome ottoman era
the reception staff offered a warm welcome. mr jack professionally handled a room issue, and provided a birthday gift. hotel staff were very friendly and promptly addressed requests. the spa transported me to the ottoman era with its serene atmosphere.

I enjoyed dinner at several restaurants. The food was very good. the half-board option included a starter, main course, and dessert. i found the variety satisfying and the quality consistent across different cuisines.

Earl bello, the executive lounge manager, was helpful, as were michael, sara, and alex. lukshan at zabeel social was good to talk to about his life. cata handled check-in and check-out efficiently. She was friendly.

A largely positive stay

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I had access to the Club Lounge. It was definitely worth every cent. The Tori Tori restaurant was beautiful. The food was amazing.
I requested a birthday setup and it went wrong. The check in was late. The room was not as clean as I expected from a 5 star hotel. The furniture seemed old. The sofa had stains. I think it is time for replacement

decent stay with some issues
dirty bathroom slow e-butler
the pool was a good size for swimming laps and never felt too crowded, i appreciated that.
the room was not as clean as i expected i found a few hairs in the bathroom upon arrival the minibar was also not restocked daily as promised the promised e-butler service felt slow to respond to requests i often had to follow up multiple times.

ottoman luxury with perfect service
lovely manager easy check-in breakfast variety
the same manager greeted me in the lobby. check-in was quick and easy. the breakfast variety was superb. I especially liked the takeaway coffee option.
i found that housekeeping needed some attention. during my visit, there was no cutlery in the room, not even a spoon, and only one water glass for two people. the smoking area at sultans lounge also had inconsistent rules about children.

the hotel boasts diverse restaurants with various cuisines available. i visited the japanese restaurant and found the food delicious and the staff friendly. the half-board option offered great value.

The staff across the hotel are attentive and helpful. I noticed the pool staff are fast to respond to needs. the kids club staff stood out, they are very caring and friendly. the e-butler service via whatsapp promptly handles requests.
