Underwhelming Stay, Needs Updates
poor soundproofing cold food
I found some issues . The soundproofing was not good. I could hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms. This made it difficult to sleep. I was not impressed with the room service, food was cold.

The staff was helpful and polite. They always had smiles on their faces. the hotel is close to shopping options and some attractions. the location on the main road gave me very fast highway access.
The gym had limited equipment. I found only three treadmills.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The room was not clean. i found hairs in the rice and the food options were limited. the bathroom flooded after showering. It was a mess!

pleasant stay in a well-located hotel
quick check-in burj view helpful staff
the hotel offers a quick check-in and i received a complimentary upgrade to a burj view room. the staff were kind throughout my stay. its location is a short drive from the mall and a reasonable walk to the metro. the view was very nice.
i found the absence of alcohol in the hotel a minor inconvenience, but nearby hotels offer alternatives.

I stayed in a beautiful room and it was very clean and well-appointed. I found it comfortable. basic amenities were present, including a minibar stocked with water and soft drinks and high-speed internet access was available. the bathroom was well kept.

the hotel is well located near the dubai mall. i received a complimentary room upgrade to a burj khalifa view room. the staff was helpful and polite which i appreciated. the check-in process was quick and efficient upon arrival.
the hotel gym was a bit crowded during peak hours limiting access to some equipment.
