the room was spacious and had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay the high quality toiletries were a nice touch. i had easy access to many stores and dining options since the hotel is connected to the mall. the live cooking stations were great because i could get omelets made to order. the coffee machine in the room was very convenient

the hotel offered direct access to the mall of the emirates which was convenient. this provided access to a wide array of stores dining options and entertainment facilities without having to leave the building. it was especially beneficial during the hotter parts of the day

room service was excellent , a real plus.
I was not happy with the cleanliness. the bathroom floor had some noticeable stains, and there was dust on the furniture. the minibar wasn't properly stocked either. i found it difficult to reach housekeeping to address these issues. My calls went unanswered for a long time.

my room was not properly cleaned after i left at noon and returned at 7 pm i ordered three eggs for breakfast but only received two it took a long time to get the missing egg and the waffles arrived without berries
