The hotel provided ample parking, very convenient. the lido access definitely stood out. I enjoyed my time there. the staff showed excellent service and were really friendly.

i noticed some steep stairs to my room, and this presented a slight inconvenience.

the hotel was very clean! the double room in the main building was spacious. it had enough wardrobe space and furnishings. a quiet location and a comfy bed gave me a great night's sleep! it was an easy, few minutes walk, to local attractions and shops.

basic manners are important when guests are checking out. she came across as rude.

I liked how big the family room balcony was. The food they offered was good also. A english breakfast was included, that surprised me.

My room wasnt hoovered to a good standard, I spot bits on the carpet still. The duvets made a crunchy noise when i laid on it. The exterior of the toilet wasn't clean either, there were smudges on it.

The outdoor pool was a highlight of my stay. It is lovely and provided a relaxing experience. The hotel's location is also good (for me), near many attractions. The evening meal was fantastic and gave me a proper festive meal.

I had to ask for the WiFi password upon arrival. The main room door was questionable regarding security. There was no way to lock it from the inside. The carpets in my room were covered in stains, disappointing (I did expect more).
