Acceptable, but some issues exist
modern designmissing kettlesafety issue
The room had a modern design, I found this acceptable.
There was no kettle in the room. I had to walk down a corridor to get hot water. This reminded me of a health and safety issue and it was generally inconvenient, especially when carrying hot water back to the room.

The room was spacious. i really enjoyed the dyson hair dryer. It was a nice touch! the ev charger in the car park was a good addition. I found it super convenient. the location is near a shopping center and not too far from the city center!
I found that the service was hit or miss. the noise level was high. It was hard to have a conversation. the air conditioning did not work in the room, and it was a hot day. i could not open the windows.

super hotel with amazing touches!
dyson hair dryerfast wifitemperature control
this was my first time at this location, and i loved it. the rooms are equipped with dyson hair dryers and ghd straighteners which is just fantastic! the free, fast wifi was definitely a bonus for catching up on emails.
the centralized temperature control in the room wasn't ideal. i prefer being able to adjust the temperature to my liking.

the hotel is conveniently near the m4 motorway, this made it easy to find! it is also located close to a large shopping center, offering plenty of retail and dining options.

The room included quality cowshed products! i noticed useful and effective equipment. fresh and functional decor was in the room. the room features a smart tv and complimentary tea and coffee. There is no kettle, however.
