the check-in process was efficient. the executive king room included an ironing board and iron. the room also featured a complimentary litre of cool water in a glass bottle, a nice touch. i appreciated the provided amenities and the cleanliness of the room.

the lifts in the hotel are frustrating. one lift was not in operation. it can take a while due to the number of floors.
