the bedroom was clean and spacious. it was well appointed with things like a repair kit.
i was annoyed to find biscuits in a jar (not very hygienic). the shower cabin was so narrow i kept bumping myself. the room also faced a busy street, so it was very noisy.

I found a shoe horn there. It saved me. the fridge had milk and water plus real mugs. the bed felt really comfy. i felt secure due to the multiple locks on the doors leading to my room.
the restaurant felt far too warm. there seemed to be no air flow. i sat outside instead.

I appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. I found the room very clean and cozy. The breakfast offered a delicious experience with many choices available, and everything tasted fresh. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions..
The lounge area had some boxes with Christmas decorations. I think this could be avoided, especially when the hotel is busy. It would have been more pleasant to have a clear and inviting space to relax in.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices available. The room had all the needed amenities like an iron and ironing board. I found the temperature in the room comfortable, it helped me sleep well.
I was charged for Parking, and I did not receive any prior notification. I asked for a refund once I realized it, then I was harassed. They would not let me keep my luggage in my already booked room.
