I found a couple of things quite frustrating. the 'superior double room' i booked felt cramped. space was limited, especially with luggage. Moving around wasn't easy. also the advertised 'off-site spa' turned out to be a local gym several kilometers away, accessible only by car this was not clear when i booked and felt quite misleading. poor access to the local gym was a major disappointment.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave great advice about local spots! the hotel, including my room, was clean! i loved the bathroom because it had full-size shampoo, hand soap, and lotion, not those tiny travel versions! i also appreciated the variety of options at breakfast, especially the tasty gluten-free choices!

The pillows were quite firm. I think offering softer pillow options would improve the overall sleeping experience

the staff were helpful and attentive. they gave great advice on local restaurants. the hotel was very clean. the room had everything i needed with a high-quality finish.

i found that breakfast was not fully included. a continental-style breakfast was available but a full english breakfast cost extra. conflicting information looked regarding the price of breakfast. i saw one price on the breakfast menu and another price in the room handbook.
