my room was clean and tidy it had fresh linen on the bed and fresh towels in the bathroom i also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities so i could make a cup of tea whenever i wanted

the room was boiling i couldn't turn the heating down the staff couldn't decide if it was a central heating issue or just a room issue it seemed no one was really bothered by my discomfort

the staff were friendly and approachable, which i did appreciate.

the room decor felt dated, with tired carpets and marked walls (it really needed an update). there was also a musty smell in the room, which wasn't pleasant. i think for the price, i expected a better experience, especially concerning the overall condition of the room.

The room was quite spacious. I found the bed to be comfy! The view from the room was lovely! I arrived earlier than the official check-in time. My room was ready, great.

The room felt dark and dingy. There was scaffolding right outside my window. The scaffolding was smelly. It was hot. I was unable to cool down the room because there was no air conditioning.
